About

Prime Land is an Indonesian property developer recognized for quality construction and residential development. Operating in a competitive market where trust and first impressions drive purchase decisions, their digital presence needed to match the standard of their built work. The project involved designing the UI/UX for their website, primeland.id — their primary channel for reaching prospective buyers, investors, and partners.

Problem

Property websites in Indonesia tend to follow a predictable pattern: heavy listing grids, aggressive CTAs, and little attention to the experience of a prospective buyer navigating what is often a high-stakes, emotionally significant decision. Prime Land needed a website that communicated credibility and premium positioning that builds trust and moves visitors toward conversion.

Solution

The UI/UX design centered on clarity, hierarchy, and confidence — guiding visitors through the brand story, projects, and key information in a way that feels considered rather than cluttered. The work covered information architecture, user flows, and visual design direction, resulting in an interface that reflects the quality of Prime Land's developments and supports the decision-making journey of their target audience.
